Belovište is a village located in
the north-western part of the Republic of Macedonia, on the
Šar Planina (Šar
Mountain), in the upper Polog
plain, some 19 km from the nearby city of
Tetovo. It's settled on
an altitude of some 720-760 meters above the sea level. The population
density of this village is rare, around 350 (Macedonians) people live in
it. Almost all the locals are farmers, and they do
cattle-breeding and agriculture.
